Park Pouches

As you all know by now I am a mom ... I have two kids who are 5 and 7 1/2. Most of our friends have kids about the same ages. We moms have noticed something ... there is a gap in the market! Everywhere you look there are diaper bags: cute ones, funky ones, ugly ones ... you get the picture. But what about those of us who are past needing a diaper bag? That's where Sontza's new line of textiles comes in!

Introducing the Park Pouch! Made for those moms who need a little bag to carry the essentials ... cell phone (in its own little protective pocket), keys and a lip gloss. It's the perfect size to slip on your wrist and head out to school pick-up or the park. There is even enough room inside to store your small camera to catch those awesome moments!!

To accompany the Park Pouch there is the Park Tote. This one is large enough for you to bring along the park essentials ... water bottles, sun screen and snacks!

There is a handy little tab for attaching your Park Pouch to the outside so there is no more searching through the big tote for your cell phone when Daddy calls to see what time you are heading home!

Just so you know even though I only show one Park Tote, totes can be made to coordinate with any of the Park Pouches. Depending, of course, on fabric availability.

Spring is here !!!!!!!!!!

At least in my mind it is ... outside says something totally different! This was the view of my backyard this morning ...

Doesn't look much like spring does it? But I don't care what the weatherman or that silly groundhog says ... I want spring!!

So even if I can't magically make spring appear I can start to dream and think about what I will be wearing. And here are some of my ideas as to what would make spring lovely this year.

Picture this with a cute little floral skirt, t-shirt and a light cardigan. Dot is a 2" round hand turned wood disc hung on a sterling silver chain. Dot is available in Purpleheart (shown), Wenge, Cocobolo and Ebony.

New things are coming!!!!!!!!

It always amazes me how quickly time flies. There I was in the middle of summer and now a full week of school is under our belts. I'm trying to explain why I haven't added any new things lately! I have been busy!!!

But I do promise new pictures soon. I am working on some new and exciting pieces too but have to get my full collection up for you to browse through.

And don't forget ... now that the kids are back in school Christmas will be coming fast!!
